Leave a lasting impression
You can feel confident sending a SavvyCal link. We’ve replaced the “click-a-day, then click-a-time” routine with a high-fidelity week view, so recipients see every option at once.
Defend your focus time
Just because you’re technically “available” doesn’t mean your calendar should fill up with meetings. SavvyCal helps you strike a balance between meeting with others and getting deep work done.
- 1
Buffers and limits. Pad your meetings with breathing room, and cap how many you take per day, week, or month.
- 2
Preferred times. Nudge people toward your best times of day, clustered near your other meetings.
- 3
Time blocking. Put a “Demos” event on your calendar, and your demo link only offers times inside it.

Wrangling several people’s availability by hand is just plain silly. SavvyCal does the heavy lifting, whether you’re booking as a group or sharing the load.
Hosts love it. Their guests do too.
Love the fact that those booking meetings can overlay their calendar to easily find a time. Very easy to make multiple calendar links and access them via the Chrome Extension!

SavvyCal makes me feel better about finding time to meet with clients, partners, and colleagues. It goes beyond similar tools by removing the awkwardness of imposing your schedule upon others.

Do you offer a free trial?
You can sign up for free and get your account ready to go, and meeting polls are free to use. When you’re ready to activate scheduling links for others, pick a paid plan. Every plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How does company billing work?
SavvyCal is billed per user. When you invite colleagues to your team, we grant them paid access and adjust your seat count to match, and we keep it in sync when someone leaves.
Are there ways to save?
You get two months free on an annual plan. Students, educators, and non-profits save 25%. Reach out to support to lock in your discount.
Which calendars and video tools do you support?
SavvyCal connects to Google, Outlook, and iCloud calendars, and creates Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams links for you. See the integrations directory for the full list.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, we deactivate your links but keep your data, as long as you don’t delete your account.
